We want to develop great baseball players. But more importantly, we want to help develop young men who know how to compete, lead, respond to adversity, treat people well, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
The Georgia Generals are a 10U travel baseball program based in Savannah, Georgia. Winning matters. Development matters. Competing at a high level matters. But the way we do those things matters just as much — that's why everything we do is built on our five pillars.

Baseball is a game of failure — courage is choosing to step back into the box anyway. We want the ball hit to us, we want the big at-bat, and we respond to failure instead of carrying it.

No player succeeds alone. We celebrate each other's success, pick each other up after mistakes, and put the team ahead of individual statistics. When one of us succeeds, we all succeed.

Great teams communicate. It builds trust, eliminates confusion, and helps teammates perform. We speak up respectfully, ask questions, and address problems directly instead of complaining around them.

Being coached isn't criticism — it's an opportunity to improve. Correction means someone believes we can get better. We don't just hear coaching, we apply it.
