THE STANDARD
These pillars aren't something we expect players to master overnight. They are habits we practice. Every practice. Every game. Every tournament. Every difficult moment.
We will make mistakes. We will lose games. We will have bad at-bats, bad innings, and bad days. Our success will not be defined solely by the scoreboard — it will also be measured by the way we respond.
If the answer to these five questions is yes, we're building something much bigger than a baseball team.
AFTER EVERY GAME, ASK
- Did we show Character?
- Did we compete with Courage?
- Did we strengthen our Community?
- Did we Communicate?
- Were we Coachable?
"Be brave enough to fail and confident enough to try again."

FIELD ORDERS
THIRTY ORDERS FOR THE THINKING BALLPLAYER
Every play you will see this season has already happened ten thousand times. Field Orders is thirty orders, not suggestions — each one short enough to memorize and true often enough to trust. Read the game. Know your job. Move.
